What People Are Saying…
The breath-work techniques I learned with Ken brought so much more awareness to my body and equipped me with the tools to help better manage my day-to-day stress levels. Knowing that a simple breathing practice that is all within myself could alleviate some of the back/neck pain I’ve been dealing with for so long left me feeling hopeful and empowered.

Chuck created an incredible atmosphere for us. It was one of the best experiences of my life.
— Colton Bangs
This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my entire life! Chuck and Ken were incredible. Their knowledge, the amenities, the food, & the experience was above & beyond what I anticipated. The breath-work & cold exposure pushed the boundaries of what I thought was capable. If you are sitting on the fence about going, do it now! I would literally fly back there & do it over again tomorrow if I could.
Thank you Chuck & Ken! You guys are changing lives far beyond what you both may realize!”
— Jacob Knapp
Chuck McGee, as a leader for this week was amazing! Words become poor, I want to learn more that’s for sure ;)

Meet Your Instructors
Chuck McGee III
As a Type 1 Diabetic and Traumatic Brain Injury survivor, Chuck has faced many personal health challenges. For years he had been searching for practical and impactful ways to improve his health and reduce his symptoms. Six years ago, he was introduced to the Wim Hof Method. After feeling the benefits and massive shift this brought into his life, he switched professions and dedicated his life to helping others discover their own power to help themselves.
For the past six years, he has traveled worldwide studying different breath-work modalities. His first introduction to conscious breath-work was the Wim Hof Method (WHM), including weeks of instruction from Wim Hof, himself. Chuck was the first American Instructor to help lead the Wim Hof winter expeditions in Poland. Chuck then continued to expand his knowledge in other breath-work practices. For the past three years, he has been working in a healthcare setting, applying foundational functional breath coupled with the WHM to help reduce chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. It is his goal to empower as many people as possible through their own breath-work. Because everyone’s physiology is different, Chuck knows there is no cookie-cutter approach to optimal health. He believes, however, that functional breathing can positively impact everyone.
Along with being a Wim Hof Method instructor, he is also a certified instructor in the Oxygen Advantage and an XPT Performance Breath Coach.
Chuck works with everyone at their own pace, regardless of perceived fitness level. His clients range from people who are searching for the reduction of chronic pain, anxiety, and stress as well as those who want to learn how to optimize athletic performance.
“My belief in the benefits of the conscious breath-work is palpable and my drive to spread this information to others is relentless.”
Ken O’Shea
Ken’s work is a blend of 11 years of experience in a variety of different health and wellness disciplines ranging from his beginnings as a physical therapy intern, practicing exercise physiologist, functional movement practitioner, bodyworker — to his latest endeavors in applied neurology, breath-work (Wim Hof and others) and finally as a student again studying in a 4 year Manual Osteopathy Program in Canada.
His diverse background gives him a unique perspective and several different modalities to help clients who have tried numerous other options but are still looking for answers and other perspectives. Ken’s style is educational and designed to address chronic pain, postural issues, as well as anxiety & stress management. He works to relieve tension within the musculature not only in an effort to optimize physiological function but also to strengthen the relationship between mind & body. Incorporating precise methods of breath-work and cold therapy into his approach enhances bodily function & brings balance to the nervous system.
