“Four days. Under fifteen people. One of the most breathtaking properties on Lake Tahoe.
No noise. All joy.”

This isn't a conference with yoga bolted on. The Lake Tahoe Reset is a small, intentional gathering for people serious about how they live in their bodies — and want something that actually changes them. We combine the science of breathing, the intelligence of the nervous system, and the raw power of the alpine environment to give you something most people never get: four days of being completely present.

The Venue

Tahoe Blue
Estate

Perched on a bluff at the top of Kingsbury Grade, this 8,640-square-foot private mountain estate offers 360-degree panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from nearly every room. We've been here. We know what four days in this place does to a person.

Do breathwork while Lake Tahoe fills the windows. Step outside into Sierra Nevada silence. Warm up in the private sauna after a cold plunge. The estate's spiral staircase winds around a natural granite boulder.

  • 360° panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from nearly every room
  • Private cedar sauna & hot tub — both overlooking the lake
  • Fully gated, 1.7-acre private estate — complete seclusion
  • 7 bedrooms · 7.5 bathrooms · 8,640 sq ft of mountain luxury
  • Professional Viking kitchen · espresso machine · communal dining
  • Great room, fireplace, pool table, home theater

The Setting
“Wake up to the lake every morning.
Watch the sun set over the mountains every night.
Do the work in between.”
From the Last Retreat

See It.
Feel It.
Then Decide.

This footage is from our previous retreat at Tahoe Blue Estate. Same location. Same programming. Same energy. Watch it and ask yourself honestly: when's the last time you did something like this?

Note: footage references our previous Wim Hof affiliation. Programming has evolved — breathwork, mobility, cold exposure & applied neurology remain at the core with our own methodology.

What You'll Experience

Six Ways We'll
Work Together

Breathwork session
01
Breathwork

Guided sessions designed to recalibrate your nervous system, improve respiratory mechanics, and access states of clarity and presence most people never reach. Led by Chuck McGee III of Iced Viking Breathworks.

Mobility work
02
Mobility for Breathing

Targeted movement work that removes structural restrictions limiting your breath. When your body can move freely, your lungs expand fully. Ken bridges osteopathic thinking and movement science here.

Cold plunge at Lake Tahoe
03
Cold Plunge

Cold exposure with proper protocol and breathwork integration. We use the cold intentionally — not as a stunt, but as a powerful tool for building resilience, shifting physiology, and cultivating presence.

Hot tub and sauna with lake view
04
Sauna & Hot Tub

The estate's private cedar sauna and hot tub overlook Lake Tahoe. Deep heat, contrast therapy, and recovery built into every day — with one of the best views in the Sierra Nevada.

Applied neurology session
05
Applied Neurology

Ken's clinical background in applied neurology gives this retreat a layer of depth most wellness experiences don't touch — targeted inputs that change how your nervous system processes the world.

Manual bodywork session
06
Manual Bodywork

Hands-on osteopathic and therapeutic bodywork integrated into the retreat arc. Not a spa treatment — clinical care in a setting that finally lets your body receive it.

Heat · Water · Light
“Sauna and hot tub. Both overlooking Lake Tahoe.
Both part of the daily rhythm.”

Contrast therapy — moving between heat and cold — is one of the most powerful recovery tools available. At this estate, it comes with one of the best views in North America.
