Counter Rib Cage Twists

Stand up straight with your feet together and place your hands on your sides. Breathe in deeply while turning your upper body to the right, but keep your gaze directed to the left. Use your hands to help you rotate to the right. Breathe in again and return to the center. Then, exhale while turning to the left, but keep your eyes focused to the right, looking over your front shoulder. Use your hands to softly push to help you rotate to the left.
